Export
Downloads a single JSON file named euclid-lab-backup-YYYY-MM-DD.json. The file contains your practice sessions, paper trials, transfer attempts, retrospectives, diagnosis verdicts, display preferences, and per-goal independence records. It does not contain your Anthropic API key — that is excluded by design. The file is plain JSON; you can open it in any text editor.
Import
Select a previously-downloaded backup file. After you choose a file, a summary appears and asks you to confirm. Importing replaces the matching state in this browser — it does not merge. Your API key is not touched. If the file is missing, malformed, or claims a newer schema than this site knows, the import is refused and nothing changes.
